Quick Access plugin

The quick access plugin seems to be broken with the current 6.1 nightlys
(not sure when it broke)

When I try and select a playlist to be associated with a certain button
the server crashes and I get the following on the command line.

Not an ARRAY reference at /usr/local/slimserver/Plugins/QuickAccess.pm
line 342.

Is this a problem brought in by the new browse music folder code?

Also what does the favourite plugin do?

basically the same thing as the quickaccess plugin.
navigate to trackinfo on they player, and you will see an 'add to favorites'
item. As you assign favourites, then you can recall them by
pressing-and-holding a number key.

So this only works for tracks/stations?
It is not possible to make a playlist as a favourite.

I think I need to get the quick access plugin working again.

QuickAccess v0.8 is working fine for me with server 2005-06-29.

My version is slightly hacked to have the 'follow me' feature sync the players rather than start the new and stop the old player, but is otherwise the same as Felix's released version.

I am about to look into it. It seems QuickAccess is broken due to changes in the playlist handling. If you do not need the player to player followme functionality you can also use the favorites plugin that comes with SlimServer.

How do we get the favourites plugin included with slimserver to acess a
playlist rather than a single song? I cant work it out!

I think your plugin is a lot better!
