I've been using the June 16th 6.1 nightly build. Today I saw a notice that the delay when switching from "shuffle by song" to "shuffle by album" was greatly reduced. I downloaded the June 24th 6.1 nightly build and installed it. Here is the message I get when I run it:

Seriously...6/24 build incompatible with perl 5.6.1
Does slimserver still claim to support perl 5.6? Because there seems to have been a change between th 6/16 and 6/24 version 6.1 servers that Perl 5.6.1 doesn't like...

I fixed this bug yesterday or the day before - it should load up fine with 5.6 now.
