Adding Multiple Music Folders for Slimserver scanning?

Just got my Squeezebox last week and so far, I'm really impressed. I'm not very technical, and I've tried to do some research on this site, but so far no luck.

Question
Does anyone know how to specify more than 1 Music Folder / Drive within the Server Settings for SlimServer?

This is a known issue:

The solution is non-trivial, so there has been little progress since
the initial attempts. The workaround is fairly effective, however.
Simply create an empty folder, then add shortcuts or links to your
multiple music locations. Be sure not to bury any other shortcuts or
links that might cross connect each of those other sources. The scan
should then pick up all of your music.
