Having problems getting weather.com info. It looks like the site has been revamped.

What next? 10day forecasts?
I'm debating what to add to SuperDateTime next. Ideally I'd like to add something that would appeal to the MASSES.
Right now the best I've come up with is 10day forecasts. Since most of the useful remote buttons have been utilized by the plugin already, I'm thinking of using the number buttons. Thus hitting a 1 would show tomorrow's forecast, 2 for the next day, etc.
Would this be useful? Any other suggestions? But remember, suggestions must appeal to the MASSES!

Is SDT able to be called/displayed at any time yet? Being able to support this (like the original DT plugin) is probably the number 1 feature you can put in that would appeal to everybody.
Who wouldn't want to check the weather or time or scores WHILE listening to music.
So that's my vote.

Not sure if this would be for the "MASSES", but I've been unable to get the currency exchange values from Yahoo Finance to display in the Stocks section. (example Yahoo symbol: Canadian Dollar to U.S. Dollar is "CADUSD=X").
Individual stocks or indices from either U.S. or Canadian exchanges all work.

Thanks for pointing this out. This is more of a bug that I'm surprised hasn't been mentioned earlier. The plugin for some reason had a built in assumption that volume figures would always be numeric. The symbol above returns N/A for volume so it was being ignored.
I've removed the numeric assumption and the quote appears. Hopefully the "assumption" wasn't in there for a reason, as I didn't have it on any of the other fields.
My local copy of SuperDateTime is now one updated for all the plugin architecture changes in SlimServer 7.0 which makes it incompatible with 6.5.x. For this particular change, once I run with it for a bit I'll probably post a 5.0.1 version for 6.5.x.

Thanks for looking into the currency exchange quote issue.
Another item I just thought of that I think would be a good enhancement is for the college sports scores to be able to display only scores for the "Top 25" teams, rather than having to select by conference. ESPN has Top 25 as a scoreboard option when you go to their Web site.

New Version:SuperDateTime 5.0.2
I've gone ahead and posted a new version of SuperDateTime to www.gregbrown.net/squeeze
New version enhancements:
When a player is powered on SuperDateTime can be displayed/exited by holding the Size button for a couple seconds. This requires a minor manual modification to the default.map file (see installation instructions). This is useful to view sports/weather/etc information while listening to music.
Yahoo Finance ticker symbols that do not provide volume information are now supported.
Top-25 is now selectable as a conference for college basketball and football game information.
Notes:
While viewing SuperDateTime when a player is on some buttons will retain their normal functionality (play/pause/+/etc) and will cause the plugin to exit if they're pressed. No biggie, other than you can't use '+' to cause an instant data refresh. I'm not sure if there's any way around this.
For some reason I can't get the size button holding to work under my local copy that supports SlimServer 7.0. This is probably because of all the plugin architecture changes going on in 7.0 and hopefully should be resolved before 7.0 becomes more mainstream.
As always, please let me know if you notice any oddities.

If you select Top-25 as a conference for either college basketball or football, if you stop and restart the SlimServer, the settings for both will revert back to "none" upon restart.
