NoSetup request

I find the NoSetup plugin very useful, and to improve it I would like to be able to disable the playlist-edit stuff also.

When browsing a playlist you can Rename, Delete and Edit and these buttons / links I would like to remove when NoSetup is active, perhaps a checkbox to select this feature.

What you want to do is set up a playlist, block any changes so you can
leave the machine playing all day long without your daughter adding
Britney to the playlist?

The plugin can't do this as it does not do a lot itself. It only offers a
web interface to the two command line parameters -nosetup and -noserver.
More granularity should be added with a real concept, maybe even a user
management. I think there's a feature request for this.
