I must say that this is one of the greatest enhancements I've seen for a
    while.
Following the instructions (and installing the extra CPAN modules), it works
without trouble for me (Win XP). This really is great! I used to paste this
info manually into the comment tag field, but this is a LOT easier!

My only comment would be that the place for the info (home page on the
server, plugin root on the player) is not the most logical. I'd prefer this
information in the song detail field section, but I guess there's a reason
    for this.

    Thanks for a great enhancement!!

    Bye
    Peter

yup. the Plugin API doesn't support it. it can create links, but it cannot
replace existing ones. The skins also have to support the added links,
currently this only happens for the home page (or page header and help in the
    case of fishbone)

    Thanks! And it's still v0.1 ;-)

This is very good news as I did not have time to test it on Windows...

    Have a nice weekend!

Is there a 6.0 version in the works?

It's not yet, but it will work soon after 6 is getting closer to stable
state. I don't want to maintain two different releases.

Hmm... interesting... I never tested this. And most of the v6 specific
stuff is still missing (utf-8, $client->string() etc.). But thanks for
    giving it a try :-)

that's why it works for me. I really dont have much that would require utf8
I did patch the getDisplayName, and the old string methods do work for plain
    ascii stuff.
