    Fast Forwarding within a file

    KDF and Richard.
    Thanks for the references. I had hoped that someone had written a plugin for
    this. I just tried it out and it works very nicely for me. And a big
    thanks to Kevin Deane-Freeman for his work! It's appreciated.
