    Couldn't resolve I.P address

    Hi,
I have a Squeezebox Touch running with a Synology NAS, controlling the SBT from my laptop. Everything has worked fine for years until yesterday and now I can't connect to any radio stations and get the error "couldn't resolve IP address".

Last week I installed a new Virgin router so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I am a complete novice when it comes to this sort of stuff, so any plain language help anyone can offer would be much appreciated!

First and easiest potential fix is to simply reboot just the LMS program. Sure the NAS is on your network at all? Can you access the NAS OS/settings/configuration?

Thanks for responding; I can see the NAS on my network in the Windows File Explorer.

In the NAS control panel, I can see the message "Network Error Occurred, Please check your DNS and network settings"

Now resolved; switched off the router, NAS and SBT then switched them on again in that order!
