Mac OS Sierra & LMS problems.

Just installed Mac Os Sierra and of course had to reconfigure everything.
My problem is that on the 'advanced settings' web page (http://localhost:9000/settings/index.html) I do not get the pop-up page to enter the passwords and preferences for the plugins. (Spotty and BBCiPlayer)

Network server seems OK. Just the problem with the plugins.

Running LMS 7.9.1 Mac OS Sierra 10.13

    All the best Jerry

Sierra or High Sierra? 10.13 is High Sierra.

I'm not aware of popup windows. What browser? Can you post a screenshot
    of what you're seeing?

I've also installed High Sierra. My Plugins tab states the following:

Bad repository http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pro...44/repo-sf.xml - Error reading headers: Server closed connection without sending any data back at /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/CPAN/Net/HTTP/Methods.pm line 306. ...propagated at /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/CPAN/Net/HTTP/NB.pm line 32.
Bad repository http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pro...lease-repo.xml - Error reading headers: Server closed connection without sending any data back at /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/CPAN/Net/HTTP/Methods.pm line 306. ...propagated at /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/CPAN/Net/HTTP/NB.pm line 32.

Now BBC iPlayer and ShairTunes2W aren't working. Any ideas?

Working fine here. Are you sure it's not a temporary network hiccup?

No access to page 2 settings

Ok many thanks Michael. This is happening on all the pages requiring access to extra settings. Not exactly a pop up but a sub page?

All I get when I try to enter Settings from my Spotty page.

    Nothing:-

    Name: Server Settings 2017-09-26 17-40-19.jpg
Views: 145
Size: 65.2 KB

Also when I go to access the radio (iPlayer)

    Name: SqueezePlay 2017-09-26 17-39-08.jpg
Views: 145
Size: 126.1 KB

Default is Chrome but it also happens with Safari.

    I must check security settings?

Connection is now excellent having upgraded to FTTP and I now get 66 mbps (previously 0.5 mbps!)

    Mac OS Sierra update problems.

I have just been through all the plugins listed (I dont use them all). Nevetheless, some will go to the 'settings' page, OK.

My guess is that the plug in repositories are being blocked?

(Now try disabling Firewall?) If you never see me again, that is why!

Excellent that seems a simple solution. I can be patient! Love simple solutions

I did pop a few of the URL's onto browser and they 'failed"

    Just rebooted the router too.

    Report back tomorrow.

What would the following command tell you:

    ls -l
    /Users/jeremyfryman/Library/Caches/Squeezebox/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/BBCiPlayer/
