    Can't display favorites

I converted my Smart Radio to Squeezebox, apparently successfully. I entered (searched and founds) several stations, saved them to favorites, and assigned them to presets. But when I tried to display my favorites I got an error message that there was an error with my account and I should restore factory setting. I did, and went throught all the steps. There was no improvement. What do I do now?

What is the exact, verbatim error message you get? I'd be very much
surprised if we had any error message asking the user to do a factory
    reset...

The exact wording is: "An error has occurred with your account. Please try factory resetting your player."

I took a picture of the display; I think I successfully attached it.

Thanks very much for the prompt response. I discovered that I couldn't set an alarm because the alarm couldn't link to a favorite. Otherwise, the player works beautifully, without interruption.

Wow... I can't remember ever having seen this message! Can't even find
it in our repository (github's search admittedly isn't the greatest on
    earth).

Feel free to PM me your device's MAC address (printed on a sticker at
the bottom of the unit). I'll then look in the database whether there's
    something obviously wrong.

    Can't display favorites

I sent you the MAC in a PM yesterday. This morning the screen was in a data entry display and all the presets were gone. Did you push a software update? I guessed that might have happened, so I entered a station ID got it playing, and saved it as a favorite. I was able to read back the favorite. My problem was gone! Thank you so very much!
