'New' IPad Air 2 won't find players

Replaced my ipad3 recently, re downloaded everything from iCloud, and whilst iPeng is there, it only 'sees' the actual iPad it's being used on, and not either of my actual Squeezebox's.

They are shown on the iPad, but do not respond to tapping to try and get them to work.

    Help please!

Does iPeng see LMS ? Or does safari see the LMS web-UI .

In iPeng you must first choose which LMS , but it should pickup aviable LMS servers , so just select the one you want .

I also recommend you buy the new iPeng 9 ? If you got the old 32 bit version .

Could you please send me a diagnostics mail from within iPeng? Just tap the mail link under “Help”.
Please also check whether you might have enabled Party Mode (in “Settings->iPeng Settings”).

This sounds like your players are not connected to your server one way or the other.
Are they showing in a section called “disconnected players”? In this case tapping them should ask you to select the server to connect them to but depending on the player this doesn’t always work, for some players you have to do this on the player itself.

Can you control your players using the Web Interface or do they work using the player’s user interface?

Ok, so could you then please send me a diagnostic mail from BOTH devices?

And maybe answer my question about party mode?

After days of faffing around, I have finally 'found' the player!

Thanks for the replies, and sorry that I'm not all that technically minded to respond correctly!
