LMS finds no players, players can't connect to server

Long time user without problems. Suddenly today, the control panels finds no players. I can see that my Squeezebox, Book, and Radio are connected to the router at their usual IP addresses as is the server. I've uninstalled and reinstalled LMS and rebooted my router. I need my music back. Any ideas (server is running on Win 10 Home version 1607

    Thanks

Have you checked if Windows Defender is allowing access?

    Thanks - fixed

Never thought of security software. AVG snuck in a trial to full which blocked the players. You put me on the right track. Thanks so much for taking the time to answer
