    I just reread the thread and saw that you have referred to the Diagnostics page already, sorry.

    If you take the top ip address and type it in to a browser (not Edge) add :9000 and press enter do you get anything?

    Make sure there is not another instance of LMS running on the PC.

    You could always use an uninstaller, make sure all traces of LMS are removed and do a fresh download and start again.

    As an aside, I don't think it's a good idea to disable Defender and the Firewall as a general rule.

    That's I have already seen (the 3 ports failed). I am asking how to inspect it in win 10 , and make changes to solve the problem!
