    Did you resolved your problem?I ask because I have the same issues!Many emails to previous owner,never got an answer!I opened a ticket by Logitech Support,but also remained without answer!

    Usually I first suggest to contact the former owner, whose E-Mail-Address can be found on the Squeezebox itself. That is to take some work of @mherger s shoulder.
    But since you already tried that, there was no other way for you to solve your problem.

    Squeezebox Boom - already registered

    Hi,
    I have a similar problem with my squeezebox boom. I bought it a couple of years ago and it was already used. I never had a big incentive to re-register but now I would like to use some applications that require it being registered to my account. In a different forum I read the advice to turn to Michael here However, I seem not to be able to send private messages (yet?) and I do not want to post the MAC address publicly for a long time... Can someone help me?

    Now you're likely allowed to send a PM, as all it needs is you to do a
    posting or two before ;-).

    Otherwise just send the info to michael ├Ąt slimdevices dott com.
