Unfortunately I have the same problem with Version 0.2.7.3 of the Dev Repo. I start playing a track (stream or local doesnt matter). When I switch the song progress bar and time of the track is working but there is no sound. If I click on the volume button, the song is jumping to the start still having no sound.

What arm environment are you running that onto? Everything seems to be send as a wav file which is a bit strange, especially as it seems that some playback are using online radio

On a RPi 2 with armv6hf. In this case I was playing online radio, thats right. But it happens also when I play mp3-files which are stored on a local storage.

Still, there is no reason why LMS would choose to send wav from an online radio (don't know what it does on mp3, as log file only shows online radio). What version of LMS are you using? Is it WiFi connected or ethernet? Can you post your bridge config file

I can't see anything problematic in these files. Can you tell me again (sorry) but precisely what's happening when you play a local file?

No problem, and thank you for taking the time.
Well, I start playing my playlist with a couple of mp3 files, which are on the same storage where my LMS installation is located (raspberry pi 2 with ethernet, max2play installation, 16gb sandisk microSDHC card). At this point the playback is without any problems meaning I have sound, can increase or decrease the volume and so on. As soon as I skip forward (or back) to the next (previous) song in the playlist by clicking the forward button (and sometimes also when I just jump to a different point in the progress bar) the sound is gone. If I then try to increase the volume the song jumps to the very beginning and there's still no sound.
So from now on there is nothing I can do than to turn off the player, wait a second or two, and play a song to get back the sound.
All this happens since I updated LMS to "v7.9.0 - 1488878280 @ Wed Mar 8 14:18:44 UTC 2017" and the Chromecast bridge to v 0.2.7.3 a few days ago. Unfortunately I didn't noticed the version I used before.
