    Modules on MSWIN.

How can I get Plugins to work on Microsoft Windows?

I have downloaded several of those recommended on the Slim website,
but can't get any of them to work.

I install the Perl modules in the Plugins directory; The modules show
up fine in the Slimserver application and I can select add to "activate"
    the module.

However when I go to my remote conrol the only things visible under the
Plugins menu are the two or three pre-installed plugins that come with
    the Slimserver.

None of the new modules show up via the remote control.

    Robin.

Try opening a Command Prompt session, run slim.exe (default location: c:\program
files\slimserver\server\slim.exe) with the debug option --d_plugins. From
startup, you will see messages related to the Plugins and why any of them might
not be loading. Some of the added modules that plugins require, also require
more modules. The debug messages will point those out.

    cheers,
