OT: covert from Flac to MP3 automatically (and save tags)

you can use a perl script called less2more which converts flac to mp3,
preserves the tags and loads the mp3s into itunes. i've amended it to do
all this as a scheduled task every night, so each day's CD rips (to
flac) turn up automatically in itunes and slimserver the next day

google for it or email me directly for my version of it (it's someone's
personal script, unpolished but solid)

I suspect I need a command line to be able to batch convert a bunch of
my
FLACs to wav then MP3 and maintain their tags.
