SlimNAS and SB 7.6.0

Anybody got this working ?

I just tried to update as per the method of the last releases and I get no response. I checked the server.log file and interestingly no entries are generated. I do get entries when I go back to 7.5.5 (~slimnas/var/squeezebox/Logs/server.log)

I am running FreeNAS 0.7RC2 and SlimNAS 2.0 which have been rocksolid since 7.4 ? ish...

Any ideas ?

Oh yeah, this is a real pain as I use both SBServer and MSB.com and whenever I switch it updates the player firmware...

I have tried re-downloading the install file but still no good. It detects fine but wont startup.

Is there a way to increase the server debug level ? At the moment I dont get anything logged to the server.log file when I try to load 7.6.0

well, instead of doing work that I am paid to do, I looked a little deeper myself. Seems that this upgrade was a bit of a sh1tfight. The general consensus was to go to a nightly build of 7.6.1 which I did but it still didnt work.

Seems I am the only person running slimnas ? LOL

The good news is that now I am getting a log message in the server.log file - this repeats 6 times..

[11-08-01 12:24:28.4583] Slim::Web::JSONRPC::requestMethod (441) request not dispatchable!

Sounds suspiciously related to one of the errors in the wiki with http redirects etc.

All I have time for now. Will try and look some more when I get a chance.

Hopefully this is of some use to someone.
