How do I turn off autorescan?

Hi guys!

Could someone please tell me how to switch off autorescan? It slows down my machine a lot when I wake it up in the morning. I am running v32566 on Windows 7 64bit.

I have "autorescan: 0" in my server.prefs, but it still rescans. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

try:

Server Settings > Performance > Library Statistics

Then Disable the Setting.

And if you are using iTunes Integration, make sure the reload interval is suitably long.
