I've stated this before, but it's worth re-stating: I haven't personally experienced another product from an organization of this size (Logitech) where you get one-on-one problem solving attention like this from Andy G.
With all the complaining and doom & gloom one hears from time to time on this forum (and others---it's not peculiar to Logitech), it's worth noting and appreciating the unique nature of what just went on with the above-mentioned thread. And, this is not the first time.
Andyg....thank you for what you do. It may seem a small thing if looking at it as just an isolated thing, but it's really quite remarkable.....
P.S. My Touch is on it's way...just tryin' to do my part to keep this product line going!
