Volume control

Volume control on my touch doesn't work. I can still change the volume from my Duet remote. I've reset the Touch but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Are you using the Touch's IR remote or the touchscreen? Does it not work for both?

I don't recall this coming up before. I'd say call tech support.

Very long shot.... on the Touch's home menu does it say "Touch" at the top of the screen?
If it says anything else then your Touch is trying to control the volume of another player.

Also, when you say the IR remote does not adjust volume, does it activate the pop-up screen showing the volume changing (but just not audibly)?
