Will the Touch output (ie. not resample) 24bit, 88.2kHz via the digital output? I have some files sampled at that rate and I'd love to be able to feed my Benchmark those from the Touch when it becomes available.

Yes the Touch will send 24/88.2 out over the digital outs (coax or TOSLINK). It does not change the sample rate in any way.
