I have upgraded to SqueezeboxServer 7.4.0 (official) release today. I can't get RadioTime presets to work. I have installed the App correctly. The RadioTime Rresets state that I have to sign in. Checking the My Squeezebox.com page I see that the RadioTime page has my account associated with it? I can play music on Last.fm.
The server log has entries like this:-

I will have to put the log file in as an attachment. The forum software thinks I am putting lots of images in the post and won't accept it!
Note that one of the missing strings is RADIOTIME_ACCOUNT. I thought all these things were handled by SqueezeNetwork (now MySqueezebox.com). So why are these missing strings appearing in the log file? There are several of them appearing one after the other in the log file and they are all associated wth music services/internet radio services.

I had to delete and re-enter the RadioTime account to get it to work properly.

Via SqueezeboxServer under Settings-->MySqueezebox.com tab --> have you entered your user credentials?

I am having the same problem with RadioTime. In both Squeezeboxserver and mysqueezebox.com I get the message that I need to sign in! Under 7.3 it worked just fine. I have put in my credentials but that did not help. I unchecked RadioTime in the plugin section of Squeezeboxserver, restarted it, rechecked Radiotime and restarted again. No luck doing that either.
Any help would be appreciated since I use the RadioTime presets more than anything else.

Do Pandora or Rhapsody work fine?

Hi,
I have the same issue...If I'm trying to access my Radio Time presets from Squeezebox Home I have: "Please sigh in". However, it is accessible from mysqueezebox(dot)com - just from today as yesterday it was showing "Forbidden 403". I also have a problem with one of the radio stations I used to listen (Rock Radio1) on 7.3 version of SqueezeCenter. It is buffering, than it is shown as "Playing" without any sound, then Squeezebox reboots itself and starts playing. I have inserted my "mysqueezebox(dot)com" credentials in setting during the installation and it didn't help. Server is running on Ubuntu Server 8.10. Didn't have any problems before. Here is an error from my log:

Anoop,
I don't use either Rhapsody or Pandora so I can't help.

RadioTime presets just started working on Mysqueezebox.com but is still not working on Squeezeboxserver. Instead of asking me to sign in I now get a Forbidden 403 error and then it shuts off and places an * in the upper right corner of the display. Hopefully something is happening in the background that will get me up and running in Squeezeboxserver.

My login details are correct for mySqueezebox.com in the control pannel. I can listen to last.fm and I get all the menu options for last.fm. I was able to install Apps successfully. I am interested in these "missing string" errors I got in the log.
Anoop:
The following Apps work fine for me:
Slacker, Pandora, Last.fm, Sky, DI, Soma, UK Radio, BBC, CBC, MediaFly, Odeo, RadioIO, Live365, Podcasts
RadioTime works but will not reveal my Presets and insists I am not properly logged in (like everyone else in here).
I do not use Rhapsody nor Napster.
EDIT: BTW, RadioTime presets work fine in SC7.3 as of this posting.

Hi All,
OK, now this is totally strange. I my Radio Time presets I can see other guy's presets...It says "robertjazz's Presets" on the player, however my RadioTime username in MyApps is "alex131"...
After a few days I could isolate a radiotime bug now. If you add the radiotime app to the main menu in the radiotime settings, it will not login to your account. You always get and request saying, please register at radiotime.com. But if you go down in the menu structure to: applications -> radiotime -> my presets, everything works fine and all radiotime favorites are shown.

Unfortunately this workaround doesn't help me.
I still get a "403" forbidden on my SBC.

Same here, but they are making progress. It no longer asks for login info. :)
Yeah I fixed the bug that was causing the lack of login info, but there is another bug causing the 403 error. It should be fixed very soon on MySB, however if you are running SBS 7.4.0 you'll have to update to tonight's 7.4.1 nightly. Or, RadioTime may fix the problem on their end before that.
From god.....to AndyG....to my SB3. :)

I received a message concerning the RadioTime preset problem. It had indicated that the problem had been solved. And Andyg also indicated the same. But I still have the same "403 Forbidden" message when attempting to access my RadioTime presets in Squeezebox Server; luckily I can still access the presets in MySB. Anyone else still having the problem or is it just me?

I still get "403 Forbidden" with Version: 7.4.1 - r28771 (nightly) when accessing the RadioTime presets...
Stefan
My presets are now working. So I think that Radiotime is now ok for me.

I just uninstalled RadioTime in MysqueezeBox.com and installed it again.
The RT icon is shown in SBS.
Both accounts (MySqueezebox.com and RadioTime) are definitely correct.
Still nox success (403 Forbidden) within SqueezeBoxServer Web Interface...
really annoying...

I have not installed 7.4.1. I am still using 7.4.0. My Radio Time Presets are now working. Thank you very much for fixing them. People don't need to update to 7.4.1 to fix this problem.
