Why doesnt my Pin work?

So, bought a Duet, and is trying to set it up. Even found the 5 character pin. All is well, except - the site it telling me the pin is wrong. I am looking at the remote as I type it in?

Do you perhaps confuse 0 and O?
That is Zero and the letter O?
Just a shot in the dark...

(I assume "the site" means SqueezeNetwork, right?)
