I feel I have no control over the "Shuffle" setting.
I run a squeezebox 2 and a plain old squeezebox, usually synchronised. Squeezecenter 7.2.1
When I play an album, it often defaults to shuffle by song. Why? I turn Shuffle off. Shouldn't it remember my shuffle settings the next time?
When I have an album playing with Shuffle OFF, and I add another album to the playlist, sometimes Shuffle turns back on automatically. I want to think it happens when it gets to the beginning of the next album, but it appears to be more random than that.
Haven't been able to find anyone else wrestling with Shuffle as much as I do. Is there a setting that I'm missing? I've scanned the plugins, etc. Nothing seems related.
Any tips from the pros?
