Does SC7.3 have any known issues with Internet Radio streaming?
I am certain I was not experiencing the frequency of station drops with SC7.1 (or SS) that I am now experiencing with SC7.3
My Boom and SB3 stop streaming the station at the same time both displaying STOPPED, but station continues to play fine via WinAmp / Shoutcast
Setup info:
Boom, WiFi with 80% signal strength, Firmware 37
SB3, wired, Firmware 117
Laptop 1, wired, WinXP, running WinAmp using ShoutCast
Laptop 2, wired, WinXP, server, SC7.3-23805 (Nov. 4th)
ALL above using the Same: ISP, cable modem, router, playing same radio station
Boom and SB3 are NOT synced, playing same station independently (as it were) via SC7.3
SC7.3 Settings:
Station Buffer = MAX (30 seconds)
Station Timeout = MAX (60 seconds)
Max Stream Limit = NO LIMIT
MP3 Streaming = Direct Streaming
Am I missing some SC settings? Which logging settings should I enable to help diagnose?
My guess is that SC7.3 is dropping the stream somehow. I’m assuming the station is playing fine if it continues to play via WinAmp / ShoutCast.
Any ideas, comments, suggestions are great appreciated. :)
