I received my new boom box last weekend. It's beautiful out of box. I plugged in, set up my wireless network information, and it connects. I let it connect to SqueezeNetwork, and enter PIN in my SN account (boombox start to have 2 firmware update automatically). Then it connects to SN with one of radio channel preset, and starts playing.

The problem is the boom box didn't finish the first song before it's dead. NO DISPLAY on screen. NO SOUND out. It just stopped working and looks like dead.

IT"S NOT POWER PLUG LOOSE, I DOUBLE CHECKED MANY TIMES. THE BOOMBOX just STOPPED WORKING after ONE SONG without any indication.

Although I haven't enjoy much of the song, the sound is very nice for a such small box. However, I have no idea why it just stopped working immediately. I submitted my issue at Logitech support home, but no response after couple days waiting. Thanks for any help--since I'm so eager to play with it again!

Did you try a factory reset? Press and hold the + button while you plug it in.

If that doesn't help, maybe try calling support or see if you can exchange it through your retailer.

Yes, I've tried factory reset, still no response.
I'll try the phone support then.
