I am not 100% certain...but I believe that the answer is yes... But I think the free shipping is US only... Any shipments outside of the US, I believe the shipping charges stand...

My confusion came from a message from Julia Sven from the last.fm user's group... In my last.fm intray I got a message that stated the following:

Hi everyone, I don't mean to spam your inbox but Logitech have just clarified that $30 off applies to all Last.fm users (including US). Free shipping applies only to US customers.

They sincerely apologize for any confusion.

Ya unfortunately they were unclear on the promo.
