Hello,
i have received my Boom and I love it.
Except it seems to miss the only function it would need to replace my current alarm clock :
- I prefer the dark, so when I sleep, the Boom screen is at its darkest setting
- if I need to see the clock during the night, i have to power it up, it would be nice to be able to press the snooze button to display the time during 10s for example (using automatic brightness adjustment, to avoid getting blinded).

Does this exist currently ? Or do I have to fill a bug ?

Except that, kudos to slimdevices, very nice product, and the design guide finaly convinced me to buy one ;)

That's a good idea. I'd file an enhancement request.

That's exactly how it works already. Hit the snooze button and it will display the time. One caveat is that you may need to set your when off screensaver to None for this to work.

Indeed, my "off" screensaver was date and time. It works now.

Thanks.

You need to set your off screensaver to None. On the Boom: Settings->Display->Screensavers->When Off->None. It will then work exactly as you want.

If the screensaver is left set to DateTime the time display doesn't work when the brightness is dark - this needs fixing really.
