I have a Duet on order, but I thought I'd get one step ahead and set up squeezecenter already. I have my entire CD collection in .wav in iTunes (soon to be converted in Apple Lossless). When I scan my iTunes folder in Squeezecenter, it sees the correct number of tracks but not the correct number of albums, about 100 are missing. When the scan is complete, the tracks that make up these albums and the albums themselves are missing from Squeezecenter. They show up correctly in iTunes, and I'm rather stumped as to what causes this. I've scanned the folder three times now and each time the same albums are missing.
BTW I checked out the FAQ on this issue, but the provided solution doesn't work for me.
