SC Starting - The Balloon That Would No Die...

A minor but genuinely irritating bug (or is it a feature?). Whenever SC 7.0 starts up I get the usual "SC starting" taskbar balloon. But it persists indefinitely, rather than auto closing when SC is up and running. I always have to "X" out of it - anyone else with this problem?

I get this too. Luckily I have it on my music server computer so it doesn't bug me too much.
