Trouble upgrading firmware on a Transporter

I have just upgraded my SC 7.01 to 7.1. The Transporter need a firmware upgrade so I pushed the brightness button as asked. After a while the display show this message:

Success: downloading complete. Restarting now, this migth take a minute.

After this the Transporter only "hangs" at this message, it does not restart ( I have waited about 30 minutes), if I push the power button the Transporter restarts, but only shows the text: Transporter in the display, nothing more, and it does not connect to the SC. If I unplug the power. The whole process repeate itself. Need to upgrad the firmware is shown in the display and so on.

Any ideas, anyone? I could of cause downgrade I guess.....but besides that?

Hrm, you should try a factory reset of the transporter. Unplug the TP, hold the Add (+) key on the remote and plug it back in again.

Once that's done, you can re-setup the transporter to connect to squeezecenter.

If you are running wireless, you may want to try an ethernet cable while doing the firmware upgrade.

Thank you for your reply. Somehow this helped, even if I have connected to the SC several times the unit did not want to restart. But holding the add (+) button made the unit restar right after the upgrade. Thank you.
