Where Last.fm is up. Yes, I had to install this on Windows Vista. Is this a known issue with Vista?

Problem resolved.

On Settings / Advanced / Network a web proxy was set (Naviscope). This proxy is only available on the interactive user on Vista not for the SC service. Removed the web proxy string and hit Apply.

Updates and Last.FM are working. Thanks
