18767 does not find artwork in folders that have a file name with non-US characters. This works in older (>3 weeks?) nightly builds and in 7.0 GA... A new bug!

For instance, 18767 will find "E:\Music\Die Arzte\13\artwork.jpg" but if the folder path has the correct name "E:\Music\Die Ärzte\13\artwork.jpg" the file cannot be found...

Reported as bug #7840

Feel free to join us and volunteer on this one. Even a patch for your
issue would be highly appreciated. But please don't break scanning for the
Mac and Linux users, Windows users with NAS devices, still stuck on FAT32,
following shortcuts, or integrating with iTunes and MusicIP. This is not
about internationalization only.

It was fixed not so long ago... So it must be broken again.

The problem is... I can't reproduce it. I'm working on this issue right now. And it still works for me. :-/

Thanks for the confirmation. The issue very likely is due to a change we did to support unicode in our settings. The bug reported only shows up when using custom artwork file names. There should be a fix in the latest build, but I'm still waiting for confirmation by reporter.
