I'm still searching for the best (Windowz) tool which supports composer,
conductor and band tags (and multiple genres but that is too much to ask I
think) but did it now with:
http://www.mutschler.de/mp3ext
My mass tagging is done with:
http://www.mp3tag.de/en/index.html
but is supports only the basics tags but is great for mass updates.
