I recently became aware of a label called Fresh Sound New Talent. It's a small label out of Barcelona of all places that has all kinds of great younger NYC players. People like Kurt Rosenwinkel, Brad Mehldau, Chris Cheek, and Ben Monder got their starts as leaders there.
I had already had a couple of their records in my collection without realizing it, but I just got 11 cds from them, and all are great (I particularly enjoy North by Jerome Sabbagh).

Also, their prices are cheap enough that, even with 2 day shipping from Barcelona to Boston, 11 cds cost the same as 10 would have from amazon.
