Because I've been having problems running my Live 365 VIP account (Slim doesn't recognize that I have one), I read the forums and saw that this is "a known problem" with 6.5.0 and to install the nightly 6.5.1. I did this about an hour ago. Now when I click the Slimserver icon on my Windows PC (running XP Pro) Firefox tells me it cannot connect to the localhost:9000 address that it was connecting to without a problem for the past 3 weeks. I read in the FAQ to try connecting to http://127.0.0.1:9000/, which I did successfully. There is the Slim web interface and all my preferences and Library appear as they did before the 6.5.1 install. But why can't I just connect from the Slimserver icon and the normal web address like I used to? What do I do to restore the old functionality? Should I retreat to 6.5.0?
