Any ZZ Top fans who haven't got the remastered Tres Hombres and Fandango!...get them now!
Bob Ludwig has worked his magic and the horrid "80's drums" have gone!

Enjoy
Phil
(La Grange sounds just awesome!)

Thanks for the tip. I don't have many Z.Z.Top albums as I found that the ones I have are a bit lacking in sound quality. Musically though, they are great.

The CD's (I had the "six-pack versions but I understand the individual CD's had the same mix) of Tres Hombres seems to have additional reverb on the drum kit added compared to the vinyl. Makes them sound clattery and confused. If you love ZZ Top you need to get these 2 remasters TODAY! They sound better than the original pressing vinyl to me.

How about Deguello?
