SB2 not working

Bit of a shot in the dark, but any suggestions would be appreciated. I have a sb2 which will not start, I have changed power supplies, and dropped the top off and changed the cable to the display, and tried a circuit tester and there is power to the unit. The display remains blank, so I have no idea if it is just the display, or if there is another issue.

A few diagnostic hints would be useful.

to control it from yor computer. I have a v2 with a burnt out display, but I can play music via my laptop. BTW, I am looking for a new display. I accidently plug in my airport power supply (12 volts) and it killed the display module.
