QNAP about to be binned... help!

Hi,

I'm having serious problems with my TS-101 after upgrading to 1.2.1 (build 0822). Initilaly Slimserver disappeared then the Public & Q* shares disappeared. Tried PM & e-mail to the guru (paul - are you there?) but no response as yet.

Tried to runcheck disk but keep getting:

[SATA Disk] Examination failed(Cannot unmount disk).

Has anybody got any ideas what to do.
