increase headphone volume

I have 2 sets of speakers coming from my squeezebox. 1 set powered by a sonic T-amp coming using the RCA connection and a set of powered Logitech speakers connected via the headphone cable.

This lets me control 2 areas of the home and set the volumes accordingly.

What I want to know is, is there a setting to provide more volume out the headphone connection. I notice that the RCA connection is almost twice the volume of the headphone.

Anybody ?

Not to get too technical, but you actually have a shortage of _voltage_, not _power_. The headphone jack has more power, but at a lower voltage.

However, the RCAs will have no trouble driving the inputs of more than one amplifier, so the best solution is to use Y-adaptors to connect both amps to the RCA line outputs.
