Newbie - Folder Layout, Tagging Options

I just purchased a Squeezebox 3 (wired) which sounds great and exceeded my expectations. My Slimserver is running on an old Dell ssf with XP Pro (dedicated). I only have ~100 cd's on it so far; just wav files (used EAC).

What is a good folder layout for Slimserver? Since I'm new to all of this, I'm pretty sure that I will use FLAC and I haven't figured out what to do about tagging. I don't seem to have any problems playing the wav files; dropout, slow start of next track, or some of the other problems I've read about, so far.
Also, I will have album art for everything (large and small jpeg). I want to keep the performance I have now as I add to the library. I will be using the web interface from a remote computer to talk to the Slimserver and not the console. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you seen the Beginners guide in the Wiki at http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.cgi?BeginnersGuide ?

There are pages there on most basic topics including Organising and Tagging.

If you have some more specific questions then please post them here and we'll see what the community can do for you...
