Thinking about it, since the slimserver can stream to winamp I may be better
modifying my existing rioplayxpl code to allow it to stream from slimserver.
I can then add the ability to use the remote and select tracks etc. It won't
be a true (pure) client, but it should be able to support all the basic slim
functions that way.
And I really don't want to loose the text to speech functionality either.
This has the advantage that I'll only have to maintain a single set of code
too.
If streaming to multiple winamps does the playback stay in synch, or is this
only a function of true slimp3 and squeezebox that do this?
