can't get Air America over SqueezeNetwork

I noticed that BBC World Service and Air America have been added to the "Slim Devices Picks" on SqueezeNetwork, which I think is great.

The BBC WS comes in okay. The audio quality isn't great, but that's okay because it reminds me of listening to the BBC over a crackly shortwave radio when I lived in Africa....

But so far I haven't been able to get Air America to work. I push the "play" button, and it just sits there. I've tested it with an SB3 wireless and SB2 wired, with the same results. Any suggestions??
