Swedish characters

Hi!

Naming a RSS url with Swedish characters in the name don't turn out right.

"På Tv Just nu" ends up like
"PÃ¥ TV Just nu"

Whis also happens then I translate in Slimserver.

I can't speak for the RSS plugin, but for the translator. This usually
happens if a file isn't correctly converted or stored as utf8. I still
don't know what's wrong with the string editor plugin. What operating
system are you using?
