On Windows, this file is at c:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Application Data\Subversion\config.

when I installed this, I got the following:
/.subversion/config:88: Section header must start in the first column
this matched up with the [auto-props] header, so I deleted the leading space and
it works fine now.
