Visualiser always present

I'm just playing with SqueezeNetwork at present.

There seems to be a visualiser (Digital VU meter) present all the time. It's not my screensaver setting (which is Now Playing), and in fact persists through moving through the menus.

Surely I should be able to turn this off, but I can't see how.

press 'Now Playing' button to skip through the options, including those
that do not show the visualiser. You can also select this from a
pulldown in the player settings
