I have a playlist titled "WXPN - (Stars Die Sun Morning)". This happens to be the last playlist when sorted and displayed in "Browse Playlists".
I notice that sometimes this playlist isn't listed. I don't know when it is removed from the library - I'm still investigating, I'm trying to keep checking as I play around with various features.
A rescan with "Rescan playlists only" brings the playlist back into the library.
