Making Lame work

I have installed Lame_enc.dll and put it in as many locations as I think necessary but when I try to select a conversion to MP3 in File Types, Slimserver always tells me it cannot find Lame.

I have clearly missed something simple. But I don't know what it it. Can anyone help?

You need the executable lame.exe, not only the dll.

Thanks for the info. I will try to find it etc. I am also having trouble with the alienBBC as well but that is for another post.
