Problems with German umlauts in the latest nightly build

With the nighly build of July 6, 2005 all songs within a directory comprising German umlauts are no longer visible on my Squeezebox and in SlimServer (e.g. all songs of Herbert Grönemeyer).

What OS? If it's a *nix box, what is your LC_CTYPE environment variable set to?

Are you browsing via 'Browse Music Folder' ?

There was a large Unicode related change that went in yesterday, you may need to wipe your db.

I am using Windows XP. I did now a rescan with wiping the database and now the files are back. So it was necessary to wipe the database, thanks for pointing that out.
